The role

We believe that the bellboy/concierge is the face, the first impression to arriving hotel guests.

What the Bellboy / Concierge will do

• Greeting guests/customers, directing them to the check-in desk or hotel restaurant

• Escorting them and carrying their luggage to their designated rooms

• Assist guests/customers with physical disabilities or special needs required 

• Parking guests’ vehicles and performing airport transfers 

• Manage mail /couriered items

• Bellhop/Bell Attendant needs to work in the shift work environment and is expected to multitask

• Explaining the amenities and facilities of the property's room to guests 

• Provide general direction and tourist information to guests 

• May be required to run errands or perform support duties for other departments

Experience:

You don’t need a lot of experience to work with us. Previous experience in hospitality in a Front Office role is an advantage, but not a must.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Most important is that you know how to provide a great and memorable guest experience – whether it’s for someone staying with us or just stepping in for a drink.

• Detail-oriented, process driven, and able to problem solve in high-volume and demanding fast-paced environments.

• Passionate and positive communicator who loves to work in an intense, but friendly atmosphere and help the whole team to drive efficient best practices through service.

• Guest-oriented and service-minded as well as flexible and proactive.
