Responsibilities include:
Communicating with the customers, business partners and institutions
Ensuring the smooth running of all office activities
Supporting the documentary and communication flows
Translating business documentation from English to Bulgarian and vice versa
Various other administrative tasks
Attributes for Success:
University degree, ideally in a business-related area
Previous experience in an administrative position
Very good English written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize projects
Excellent organizational skills
Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
