Business Development Representative - White Space

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing new clients, generating new business and winning new partners for competition.

Main responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Has a good understanding of the products' portfolio and be able to advise others about them
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the Bulgarian market
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.

∙ Proven sales skills, willingness to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets;
∙ Experience in channel development in Enterprise, public segments and telco with a demonstrable (proven) track record of developing from scratch strong relationships with customers;
∙ Proven track records of working with system integrators or/and big end-users.
∙ IT market understanding, experience, and ability to identify and develop new and effective business opportunities for the Company
∙ Fluent English
∙ Excellent presentation and communication skills/feel at ease at cold calls with target partners and customers;
∙ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The following will be considered as an advantage:
∙ General knowledge of networking technologies, servers, storages, UPSs, data center equipment, etc.
∙ Experience with CRM technologies, pipeline, forecasting experience
∙ Driving license cat. B
