As a Partner Channel Expert you will maintain and expand our channel partner network in South East Europe. You will represent our range of products (including SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, Twinmotion etc.) and services (including cloud rendering and architectural job board) to assigned partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
What you will do:
Establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with assigned partner accounts.
Work together with channel partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and market development campaigns.
Proactively assess and validate partner needs.
Work towards meeting assigned targets for sales volume in assigned partner accounts.
Ensure compliance with partner agreements.
Drive proactively the research of new partners and their recruitment to join the AECO partner network.
Process software license orders submitted by partners.
Conduct ongoing research and monitoring of the assigned markets and build an understanding of the specifics of the architectural profession.
Skills and expertise we seek:
2+ years of experience in software sales, building partner channels, customer success or a similar role
Ability to work well individually, as well as a part of a team
Partner-centric sales approach and attitude
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and aptitude with current digital tools for CRM, order processing, task management, video conferencing, and file management
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
A person with a global view and understanding of market dynamics and economic trends
Driven by results
Making decisions based on data and critical thinking
Open and genuinely curious to learn and share knowledge
A great communicator who can convey ideas clearly, verbally and in writing
Able to move fast and act on ideas
Someone who easily builds trust through competence and great character
It will be a considered an advantage if you have:
Previous experience in Architectural/Visualization industry
Reporting line and work relationships:
You will work directly with the Sales Director and in close collaboration with the rest of the sales and marketing team.
