Real Estate Operations & Client Relations Manager


Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative, office and operational processes;
• Support sales activities, prepare offers and maintain client communication;
• Manage documentation, invoices, payments, deliveries and deadlines;
• Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, management and the commercial team.

Expected skills, knowledge and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative, sales support or client-facing role, preferably within Real Estate or Construction;
• Experience in managing documentation and administrative processes;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel;
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Valid and clear driving license.
