For our office in Sofia, Bulgaria we are looking for an:
OFFICE ASSISTANT/ ORDER PROCESSING ASSISTANT
• Scheduling business meetings, interviews, trips, hotels, plane tickets bookings, transport, other.
• Communication with couriers, office suppliers, building maintenance, tech service companies and other.
• Provide assistance to the General Manager and Office Manager
• Perform basic administrative activities - copying, scanning, sorting and archiving documentation.
• Ability to process information, summarize it and input it properly.
• Order processing
• at least 2 years of work experience in administrative role
• strong organizational, communication and planning skills
• ability to take the initiative and prioritize your own workload
• work and experience with documents and institutions
• time managing, problem solving and multitask skills
• fluent in English (verbal and written)
• fluent knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SAP experience is a plus
• German language knowledge is a great plus.
