What we offer:
• Working time Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00h (40 hours per week);
• Office location - Tsarigradsko Shosse 425;

• Very good English - B2 level minimum;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Office management knowledge;
• Customer service orientation.
• Greet and assist visitors;
• Answer and direct incoming calls to concerned staff members;
• Provide administrative support to the daily functioning;
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
