We are currently looking for professional who possess ability to deep analyze and support accounting processes and activities internally and to become a part of successful team.
Your daily routine would include:
- Managing accounting records and overseeing payments process for dedicated wholesale partners of A1 Group Wholesale;
- Supporting the end-to-end processing of invoices, including validation and verification against internal databases;
- Managing the status of accounts and balances;
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
- Timely responding to partners inquiries regarding billing or request for invoices;
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported;
- Maintaining all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files;
- Analyzing financial data and monitoring expenditure for dedicated accounts;
- Work with the team in A1 Austria on month-end closings, including various account reconciliations or account analysis assigned;
- Preparing monthly report for all processed invoices.

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related;
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must;
- German is an advantage;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across all levels;
- Accuracy and attention to detail, as well as ability to maintain professionalism under pressure;
- Organizational skills and willingness to assume accountability for timely invoicing and submissions;
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Access).
