JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Key responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform аaily and end-of-day procedures, as well as Backup and Recovery procedures. You will be responsible for end-user administration of the systems, monitoring of system logs during the execution of the procedures, and reporting all incidents to the Senior specialist. The Junior Technical Support is involved in implementing new versions of information systems and processing information from/to external organizations too.

Expected skills and experience for the role:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or a student in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or any technical oriented specialty;

- Good experience with MS Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel);

- Experience or knowledge of MS Windows Server;

- Some knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell / Perl / Bash and/or Python;

- Very good level of English (B2 level);

- Problem-solving and analytical skills;

- Willingness to work on shifts!
