International company in the field of safety equipment (personal protective equipment, gas analyzers for workplace environment and other electronic devices) is looking for Field Service Engineer (m/f) for its subsidiary in Bulgaria.
Main responsibilities:
• Performs service repair, warranty and installation works
• Executes technical corrective actions and preventive maintenance visits
• Carry out examination, test, repair and recalibration of company’s products and related equipment supplied by other manufacturers
• Work both at customers’ site within the country and company’s facilities
• Work at the office as required
• Direct day-to-day liaison with customers to manage Service Contracts, and agree schedules
• Tracks installed base regarding technical stability and performance
• Feedbacks quality situation and issues from field via defined quality processes
• Provides support to sales for replacement / special sales programs
• Provides basic technical training after installation
• Provides support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc.
• Optimizes net-sales within his territory (geographical) in co-operation with sales engineers
Requirements:
• Master or bachelor degree in electronics or similar
• Valid driving license (the position requires trips in the country)
• Excellent technical, diagnostic and repair skills
• Computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in ERP systems (MS Navision or SAP) or any service module is an advantage
• Very good in English, both written and verbal. German is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Orientation observing the rules and procedures
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team
