Vacancy

Front-end Mobile Team Lead will be managing the frontend team (web and mobile), with focus on React (8-10 developers), and will cooperate with iOS and Android department. Full-time and long term job opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the front-end and mobile
  development teams.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication,
  knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, system design and overall technology strategy while understanding requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

•  Experience in leading and managing teams, preferably in front-end and mobile development.
• Background in front-end development using React, as well as mobile development
  for iOS/Android platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Swift.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope and timeline.
• Understandings in Java and Kotlin development.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• English level B2+
