About the position:
We need a Support Engineer that will help in our team\'s effort to support our German client by understanding new requirements and requests that arrive. He or she is a creative professional with a positive attitude that has started or wants to start a career in IT.
What you\'ll be doing:
Communicate with the client either by e-mail or phone in order to understand what is requested or reported.
Investigate root-cause by analysing interface actions and reporting it in the correct system.
Depending on the candidate profile, possibility of analysing development code to better understand the requests and/or issues reported.
What is required:
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience, if any
Excellent command of German
Good command of English
Positive and friendly attitude!
