The company is a leading Swiss-American Cyber Security firm specialized to fight against data breaches.
We are looking for highly driven, talented and self-motivated Engineers to join a team of world-class engineers. Software Engineers would need skills to lead the development of any area of a large, scalable, distributed system or application. They would also work on the latest cutting-edge internet/software technology.
General administration and office organization, mail processing as well as ordering office supplies and consumables
Cooperating with external authorities and services providers
Coordinates, assigns and inspects the work of the administrative tasks
Schedules meetings, and maintains a clean & safe work environment
Obtains approvals regarding situations occurring at the workplace
Closely collaborates with the human resources department and finance in Switzerland and offers support
Support with special tasks, projects as well as event organization and planning
Active communication with suppliers and vendors, management of incoming as well as outgoing shipments
Manages the office equipment and concludes services and maintenance
Takes full responsibility for the inventory
Ensures that the employees have all the needed materials for a good job performance
Prepares the monthly documents for the accounting firms
Reports costs and optimizes them
Preparation of documents and maintenance of registers
Proven experience as a Office Manager or in another relevant administrative position at least for 5+ years
General learning Attitude
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Bulgarian and English
Good organizational skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills
Being a tech enthusiast, able to identify and use tools to make your life easy and help optimize
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of GDPR
Working knowledge of office equipment and good understanding of office management procedures
