Now we are looking for Senior Network System Administrator to join our dynamic and highly professional HPE GreenLake (GMS) team.

The Senior Network System Administrator will provide technical expertise for system administration and optimization of large enterprise HPE Aruba network environment used in R&D of autonomous driving/cars. He/she will ensure availability, reliability, and performance that conform to all service level agreements.
How you'll make your mark:
Deliver strategic account support
Resolve complex network-related problems.
Log file diagnosis for critical events
Perform device configuration backup & restore
Manage user access control
Provide advice for improvement and optimization
Monitor environment health status performance and bandwidth & resource utilization
Analyze, configure, and maintain the network platform
Coordinate, and manage technical activities
Ensure network operations notification and escalation procedures are accurately followed
Act as a consultant in service delivery
Manage technical knowledge transfer and maintain training plans
Act as HPE Change and Problem Coordinator and attend Customer Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Mentor and assist team members on complex incidents, problems, changes, and escalations
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
5 years of proven experience in network support or administration
Solid experience with networking and network protocol - e.g. TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, DNS, DDNS, DHCP, F5 LTM, SSH, VPNs), IP routing protocols
Experience in virtual network technologies would be considered as an advantage
Knowledge, skills, and experience with HPE and Aruba routing, switching, and wireless hardware, software and protocols including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Aruba Instant Aps, Aruba Airwave, Aruba Central, Aruba Activate, Security, Aruba ClearPass is an advantage
Ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people at all levels, across all geographic regions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English
