Currently we are helping one of our key clients to develop a technical Helpdesk Support team. The company is a leading research organization and your role will be to assist the team with various technical inquiries that pop in everyday corporate activities.  

Main Requirements:

➤ Advanced level of English - at least B2;
➤ Strong communication and social skills;
➤ Good analytical capabilities and a problem-solving mindset;
➤Previous experience in a Technical support role.

Main Responsibilities:

➤Perform remote diagnostics on PCs;
➤Troubleshooting in a Windows and Mac environment;
➤Resolve issues related to Networking/Security; VPN; Exchange Server; DNS and Email.
