Come and join our energetic and dynamic support team in the position of Application support analyst. You will be working with one of our clients which are an IT Support Desk within an international organisation providing remotely both PC and application support to external clients.
In the role of Application support analyst you will be providing application support for cases escalated from the level 2 team, where you will take ownership of clients IT queries and resolving or elevating them in a timely and professional manner.
Regular communications with clients by Slack, Tickets and Email will be essential.
Ability to communicate by chat and email concisely in English.
Previous experience in application support will be a plus.
Document all inquiries in the support ticketing system, and ensure that appropriate response times are adhered to.
Experience in a Desktop/IT Support role is a plus.
Multi-task, prioritize and organize all tasks assigned to you.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education and Experience
Must have good communication skills.
Experience and knowledge of working in support environments is essential.
