SW Product Leader

We are looking for a SW Product Leader.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and execution of SW project & the elicitation of the customer-embedded/system SW requirements;
Perform the impact analysis and quotation of the RFQs & PCR’s SW activities;
Consolidate/adapt the system and software development plan according to SW architecture & system development strategy expectations with product testability & maintainability focus;
Responsible for specification, implementation, and test of embedded SW modules;
Perform proof of concepts for SW technical solutions & implement related SW modules;
Drive specification of SW system and SW architectural requirements;
Secure and apply the SW quality/safety assurance policies during project development;
Secure the product Industrialization & production deployment activities;
Establish the embedded system/SW roadmap, contributing to the product roadmap through consolidation with other SW products & embedded SW engineering strategy;
Contribute to SW process improvements & technologies technical roadmaps;
Coordinate SW project implementation and verification team activities to match the overall project planning deliveries;

Profile:

Embedded SW knowledge (C language, µC);
SW integration & scheduling (OS/bare-metal);
Compiler & linker processing, µC target & toolchain support
Industry communication interfaces: Ethernet, CAN, LIN;
Quality and/or safety standards way of working for automotive and industrial applications;
SW project management;
SW qualification and verification knowledge;
SW audit & certification knowledge;
Autonomous team leader with an agile and lean methods attitude;
Proactive for process application & improvements;
Task force player & subject matter focus;
