Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support business decisions, optimize operations, and contribute to the development of new products and services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work across teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:● Data Analysis & Modeling:
○ Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various internal and external sources.
○ Build predictive and statistical models to extract insights and support decision-making.
○ Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
● Machine Learning & AI:
○ Develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve real-world business problems.
○ Implement advanced analytics such as clustering, classification, and forecasting.
● Data Visualization:
○ Create intuitive and compelling visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
○ Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
● Collaboration & Communication:
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
○ Present data findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
● Continuous Improvement:
○ Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI.
○ Optimize existing processes and models to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications:● Educational Background:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field experience. Master’s degree preferred.
● Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJs, TS and SQL.
○ Expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
○ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Grafana).
○ Familiarity with big data technologies is a plus.
● Experience:
○ 2 - 4 Years of experience working as a Data Scientist, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or IoT industries.
○ Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models.
○ Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes) is a plus.
● Soft Skills:
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
○ Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
