HR and Recruiting Junior Officer-Entry level
We are seeking a motivated HR and Recruiting Junior Officer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about human resources and talent acquisition, looking to start their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support HR with onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
- Help organize and participate in recruitment and company events.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is a plus.
