For one of our partners - an international company that provides legal, financial and employee administration - we are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Review payroll calculations for their clients in the provided payroll system/program
- Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll-related payments
- Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties
- Identify errors or missing documentation provided by the client and takes relevant actions to clarify such
- Provide payroll information to clients in time to ensure that their staff receives their salaries on time
- Labor legislation compliance
- Social security and health insurance compliance
- Provide assistance and review of everyday work of the Junior Payroll specialist/s
- Preparing routine correspondence to various parties
The profile:
- University degree in HR, Accounting/Finance or similar
- At least 5 years of previous experience with Payroll calculations/HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation
- Excellent level of English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
