Junior Accounts Payable


The role involves processing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. In addition, has to be performed invoices matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, and to communicate constantly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to learn and use SAP S/4HANA.

Expected skills, knowledge and experience for the position:

- Last-year student or graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Accounting and Control, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or other economic related field;
- Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and rules;
- Strong proficiency in using MS Excel;
- Excellent command of English language (B2 or a higher level);

Advantages which are not mandatory:

- Good command of German language (B1 level)
- Some experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred)
