Office Assistant   with Fluent French Language Skills

Company Description
Since the foundation of Plane Assistance LTD in 2001 our main line of business is supplying construction workers, painters, and other professional staff to our clients.
Currently our staff numbers to more than 100 people.
Among our clients are large scale construction companies in Sofia, one of the biggest lighting fixture producers, some car body & paint shops. However, our most significant local clients are Aircraft Technik companies at Sofia airport. We signed its first contract for supplying contractors to Aircraft Technik company in Sofia in Feb’2009. Since then, about 40 professionals are allocated for different contractual jobs there.
Our contractual staff helps Aircraft Technik companies in their production division. Their job mainly consists of stripping the paint from aircrafts and repainting them. Plane Assistance LTD also supplies cleaning personnel with more general functions helping our client’s own staff in the cabin, cargo or wherever it’s needed.
Internationally we supply aircraft professionals to France, the Netherlands, Malta and others.

Main Responsibilities:

• Present and promote the company's services and benefits to customers;
• Maintain and grow relationships;
• Provide outstanding service with proactive communication with customers by telephone, email and live chat in order to meet customer service measures;
• Lead and follow up the conversation;
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services;
• Follow up on customer orders as necessary;
• Manage daily and weekly reports.


• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in French language (level C1);
• English language is considered as an advantage;
• High interpersonal skills;
• Exceptional organizational skills;
• Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications;
• Very good Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools);
• Previous experience as a Sales or Customer Services in a call centre is an advantage;
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays and occasional overtime when needed;
