Virtual Assistant with Call Handling Skills

We are a letting and property sales agency in London, UK and require a virtual assistant to help with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.



  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

  • Manage agendas/appointments 
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

  • Arrange and coodrdinate property repairs & contractor visits

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

  • Create adverts and listings for available properties, arrange viewings with potential leads



  • Excellent English, decent PC/laptop and reliable/fast internet.

  • Great customer service / phone skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Able to work independently. Smart. Clever. Resourceful. High attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office


Working Time Zone: UK (Mon - Fri- 9am - 5pm)

Location: Home Based

Compensation: £700 (1500-1600 BGN)
