- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, social media and our own software;
- Providing customers with information about our services and pricing;
- Booking appointments and scheduling services for clients;
- Managing and updating the client's database;
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Providing feedback to management to improve customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software;
- Familiarity with the cleaning industry is a plus.
