- Welcome guests, candidates, and visitors.
- Coordinate business trips, accommodations, weekly schedules, and meetings.
- Handle shipments and customs related issues.
- Monitor the level of office supplies and order new when necessary.
- Maintain the office area in a professional manner.
- Deal with correspondence and negotiation with external providers and suppliers.
- Fill information in Excel tables for different administrative purposes.
- Willingness and interest in providing administrative support.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Coordinator will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well under stress and low supervision.
- Highly responsible person with strong attention to detail, able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Well-organized, loyal, and diligent person with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- High command of English language is a must.
