Our client is a holding structure in the field of import, trade of details of agricultural equipment and agricultural machinery which is looking for an expert and leader for its central office in Stara Zagora:
Chief Accountant
1. Job responsibilities
1.1. Characteristics of the work performed
– Organizes, manages, leads, controls and is responsible for all financial accounting activities of the holding.
1.2. Main functions and responsibilities:
- certifies the accounting balance sheet, ensures the reporting of cash, commodity material values and fixed assets;
- accounts for documents and keeps payroll;
- revises material managers; - prepares documentation on labor contracts and social security; - participates in the development and management of the QMS.
1.3. Responsibilities:
- Checks accounting documents and certifies and signs reports, balance sheets, etc., is responsible for the reliability of financial reporting and maintained documentation;
- is responsible to the control authorities for its activities;
- to comply with the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Act;
- to observe official secrets;
- is responsible for the property entrusted to him and is liable for the amount of damage caused by him.
2. Requirements for holding the position Education
- Higher economic degree Work experience
- Over 6 years of experience as a chief accountant accounting position in production Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is an advantage Qualification requirements To have computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Internet) To know financial - accounting legislation Other requirements To be familiar with:
1. The Internal Order Regulations
2. The Occupational Safety and Hygiene Regulations, and Fire Safety
3. All documents regulating production activities
4. To be familiar with the ISO system introduced in the company
5. Rights and powers
5.1. Has all rights according to the Labor Code.
5.2. Has the right to make suggestions for improving work in the office.
5.3. Has the right to make suggestions for improving activities related to the QMS.
5.4 Has the right to access all information necessary to carry out his/her activity
