BAB Consult is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with Swedish/Dutch/Polish/Danish and English to join

our client’s team – a leader in Software platforms.

What will you do?

Provide technical support to clients, helping them troubleshoot and navigate their platform;

Resolve complex technical inquiries via popular customer service and project management tools, along with other industry-leading platforms;

Collaborate remotely with an international team of technical experts;

Analyze technical issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements for system efficiency;

Document technical solutions and improve the knowledge base for future reference.

Requirements:

Swedish/Dutch/Polish/Danish (B2/C1) and English proficiency;

Experience in technical support or customer support;

Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and system-related issues;

Familiarity with customer service and project management tools or similar platforms;

Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail;
