We are currently searching for a communicative and committed person to join the successful team of our client at the position of Office Assistant.
Ensuring the smooth running of all office activities
Supporting the documentary and communication flows
Communication with delivery companies/ landlords/ office suppliers
Assist with the preparation of administrative documentation
Working with preliminary accounting documents
Coordinate travel plans (booking flights/hotels/car rentals)
Various other administrative tasks
Previous experience in similar position
Very Good English verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational skills
Computer literacy - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
