Job specifications for the position of Admin Assistant/ Secretary
- - Handle with daily office operation
- - Handle with email, telephone or face to face enquiries
- - Organize and schedule appointments
- - Provide general support to Office Manager
- - Act as the point of contact for internal and external parties
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of admin experience in the field or in a related area
- Good written and verbal English level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not essential
