Administrative and Personal Assistant
are a real estate investment company. We execute different projects in each
property and sell it to the end consumer. Our
company is looking to hire an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical
tasks. Currently, the position is home office. Personal
car and driving license are required for the job.
You will be handling general office clerk duties and errands, as well as, personal ones for the owner of the company.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need to be fluent in English and you will need the ability to write clearly and be
proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with
strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing
information as needed.
- Greeting clients
and visitors as needed.
paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organise,
maintain and prepare for
general office clerk duties and errands.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing family travel
- Booking dinners, dentists and other appointments
- Assisting the family with organisational tasks
- Traveling with the family if needed could be asked
- High school
diploma or associate’s degree.
- English is a required language.
- Experience as an
office assistant or in a related field.
- Ability to write
clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality
with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work
well under limited supervision.
- Have a valid
driver's license and personal car.
