A challenging experience awaits the right candidate with an opportunity to learn and grow in one of the fastest-paced industries.
The position has only a few requirements, which are not related to your education or previous experience. The main criteria would include your motivation and ability to solve problems quickly. With a positive attitude and an inherent belief that there is nothing you can't handle, you would have all the tools required.
The only strict requirement is that you are 100% proficient in English, both verbal and written.
The boring stuff... You would be assisting me in running Freedcamp's day to day operations, including:
Reading my emails
Summarizing essential items and likely responding to them
Booking travel-related reservations for the entire company and personal trips
Helping me keep up with the staff by communicating with them on my behalf
And the more fun part of the job:
You will be encouraged to learn any aspect of running a business. From sales, marketing, to building websites.
This is absolutely up to you. The most important part of working at Freedcamp is that you are always doing something you love
There is always an unlimited number of things that can be done. Once we find what you enjoy doing, I will personally work with you to help you progress in that subject. Outside of running Freedcamp I was a teacher at the University of Santa Barbara, teaching Web Development and Branding.
The little, but important details:
Working hours... for the most part quite flexible. There is no exact time you need to be at work in the morning, and there is no requirement to stay until the end of the day. If you are going to school, we can likely work around your schedule.
* Of course, in case of scheduled meetings, trips, and other work that requires a deadline you would be expected to finish it on time
There is no specific vacation time given to Freedcamp employees; you are free to take a vacation as many times and as long as you want. We tend to have a dozen busy times during the year. The rest of the time, you can work remotely and travel the world as you please.
Most days, lunch and dinner are provided at the office. We also have a yearly retreat to get everyone in one place like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdqruxOZH4o
If you choose to grow in the company and take on more responsibilities, you will be awarded a nice stock package giving you a part of the company. All Freedcamp employees are part-owner of the company. We prefer to work with people, not for them.
Salary: 700-1000leva. Initially, while we secure an office and hire staff, you will likely only need to invest 3-5 hours 3-4 days per week. After things speed up and more of your time is required, we can offer you 1500-2500leva per month.
The best way to figure out if this job is for you? Ask yourself if you believe in the saying, "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life". This is not a job where you go to work, patiently wait 8 hours so you can go home to finally have fun.
