Core Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide professional support regarding the products and services of the company's clients;
*Process customer inquiries via phone and emails;
*Follow up customer requests and make sure that no customer is left without care and appropriate
*Escalate requests to the higher level support whenever necessary;
*Document all cases according to the established procedures.
*Advanced level of German or French;
*Very good level of English;
*Excellent communication skills;
*Proven teamwork skills;
*Good PC literacy;
*Proactiveness and constructive attitude;
