Safety Manager
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction site activities comply with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive site-specific safety programs

Monitor and assess on-site safety performance, identifying areas for improvement

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices

Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

Coordinate with site management, contractors, and subcontractors to foster a culture of safety

Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and training
Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator in the construction industry, preferably in the Bulgarian market

Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive safety reports

Proficient in the use of safety management software and tools

Fluent in English and Bulgarian
