For their freshly gathered team in Bulgaria, we are supporting them to recruit a motivated and junior Enthusiast to hold the position of:
Junior Supplier Onboarding Coordinator (EDI Operations)
Main responsibilities:
As a Junior Supplier Onboarding Coordinator, you will support the onboarding and integration of new suppliers into the company’s EDI/Supplier Portal. You will guide suppliers through onboarding procedures, provide documentation and training materials, and act as the main point of contact for communication and inquiries. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners, and will assist with go-live testing, document results, and support initial troubleshooting. Moreover, you will help to analyze EDI-related issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and operational processes.
Essential requirements for the role:
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field;
- Initial experience in supplier onboarding, integrations, or operational support;
- Understanding of supply chain and/or EDI concepts;
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and JIRA is a plus
- Very good English (B2-C1) and good German (B1);
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach;
- Motivation to learn and develop technical and system integration skills.
