We're seeking a Sales Specialist with German to join our client's international team and play an active role in delivering innovative tech solutions to customers worldwide.

Your Role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, creating a confident, friendly, and professional first impression.
• Use our in-house tools to remotely assess and diagnose the security and performance of customers’ digital devices.
• Recommend personalized tech solutions that solve real problems and bring value to the customer.
• Guide prospects through our offerings and smoothly transition them to our expert teams when needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) – C1 level.
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to handle objections and build trust.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy or quick to learn new technologies and tools.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including across different time zones.
• Bonus: English or other language skills are a strong advantage.
