Service Technician
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a Service Technician /Money Processing Equipment & Casino Counting Equipment/ to join our team.
Requirements:
• Technical/Mechanical degree, or equivalent work experience:
- previous experience with counting machines, ATM machines and Casino equipment will be an
advantage;
• English language knowledge is a must, both verbal and writing:
- second foreign language will be an advantage;
• Good computer skills is a must /Windows and MS Office/:
- еxperience with Linux OS and Servers will be an advantage;
• Driving license & active driving skills are a must /\"B\" category/;
• Good commands of Bulgarian language;
• Perfect Communication skills;
• Willing for traveling in Bulgaria and abroad;
Job scope:
• Installation, Maintenance and Technical support of company\'s products (Slot Clubs & Casino automated cashier terminals/redemption machines, Live tables redemption devices, Software for remote control, Banknote Counters, etc.);
• Phone and mail customers\' support;
• Servicing programs in Bulgaria and abroad;
• Customers\' education programs in Bulgaria and abroad;
• Customers\' consulting on place and remotely;
• International program for installing and servicing of Casino money processing equipment;
