Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the VIP Account Managers with client questions and special requests.
- Answer emails and phone calls, and manage client documents;
- Keep VIP client info up to date and organized;
- Assist with VIP promotions, bonuses, and offers;
- Prepare reports and assist in tracking client activity and account status.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
- No previous experience is required;
- Interest in the development of sales strategy;
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
