Your Main Responsibilities• Communicating with potential business clients by phone and online
• Understanding companies’ hiring needs and recruitment challenges
• Presenting recruitment solutions in a clear and professional way
• Building long-term professional relationships with clients
• Managing follow-ups and client communication through online systems
• Working toward monthly sales goals together with your team
Most conversations will be with company owners, managers, and HR professionals looking for reliable recruitment support.

• Speak Bulgarian fluently and have a good knowledge of English
