We are looking for a Legal Advisor for one of our clients – a company operating in the insurance services sector.

Requirements:
• University degree in Law, with eligibility to practice in Bulgaria.
• Strong knowledge of Bulgarian corporate and transaction commercial law, as well as familiarity with EU legislation and financial sector regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in handling corporate governance matters, company incorporation, and regulatory interactions.
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with external partners, vendors, and intragroup entities.
• Ability to develop and implement internal policies that comply with Bulgarian legal requirements and align with group standards.
• Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a reliable point of contact with regulators and public institutions.
• Experience with legal and other tech tool, recognition of AI technology in legal sector
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk prevention and compliance.
• Written and spoken fluency in Bulgarian and English including corporate and legal terminology.

Qualifications:
• Law degree from Bulgarian university
• 4 years similar post graduate experience in financial sector;
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
• Fluent English - written and spoken
• Ability to listen and solve problems, attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
