Head of Digital Marketing
As the Head of Digital Marketing at Xtrade., you will be the driving force behind our user acquisition and brand-performance marketing strategies. You will lead campaigns for our global and local Forex brands, focusing heavily on emerging and high-growth markets across Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a large internal team and external agency partners, overseeing a multi-channel digital strategy designed to maximize customer growth, ensure positive ROI, and elevate global brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead a Large-Scale Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, in-house team of digital marketing specialists.
• Agency Management: Direct and collaborate with external marketing agencies to supplement internal capabilities and drive scale.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong, healthy partnerships with Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Experience (CX), Content, Compliance, Product, Brand, and Payments teams. Ensure all marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with broader product strategies and business goals.
Digital Strategy & Execution:
• Omnichannel Marketing: Develop, execute, and scale a comprehensive digital strategy across both web and mobile app platforms.
• Channel Ownership: Oversee campaign execution and optimization across a diverse media mix, including:
- Paid Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads.
- Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant social platforms.
- Programmatic Display & DSPs: DV360, Moloco, Smadex, Liftoff.
- Organic & Social: Influencer marketing, Social Media Management (SMM), SEO, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Data-Driven Campaigns: Translate user pain points, needs, and regional market insights into targeted marketing strategies that drive high relevance, user engagement, and strong conversion rates.
Compliance, Moderation & App Ecosystem Management
• Navigate Complex Moderation: Act as the primary expert in overcoming strict ad platform moderation challenges specific to global Forex and Fintech brands.
• App Store Operations: Ensure seamless app publishing, maintain strict compliance, and manage app recovery processes across both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Head of Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Director, or similar senior role, preferably within the Fintech or Forex industry.
• Demonstrated success leading marketing initiatives in global markets, specifically LATAM, MENA, SEA, and Africa.
• Extensive experience managing large budgets and leading large teams along with external agency partners.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of the entire digital marketing ecosystem (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, ASO, and Influencer marketing).
• Strong track record of navigating complex ad policy and compliance issues on major ad networks and app stores (Google Play, App Store).
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on customer growth, ROI, and performance metrics.
