We partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Varna, Bulgaria.
In this role, you will support users of an online entertainment platform, assisting them with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general platform usage. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
Your Role- Provide customer support via chat and email (voice may be introduced later)
- Assist users with account-related issues and platform navigation
- Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively
- Support inquiries related to transactions, including sports bets and gaming activity
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions
- Ensure transparency and clear communication in all customer interactions
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools and multiple systems
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
