Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Scout & Sales Specialist to join our team in Lozenets (on-site role).

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential contestants for the competition, presenting them with the opportunity, and managing the entire engagement process.

This is a dynamic role combining talent scouting, communication, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities

•  Identify and contact potential contestants through social media and direct outreach
•  Present and promote participation opportunities in Miss Europe Continental
• Manage communication and follow-up with candidates
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with contestants and agents
•  Support candidates throughout the selection process
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations

What we are looking for:

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or talent scouting
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Confidence using Instagram and social media for outreach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven personality
• Interest in fashion, beauty, or entertainment industry is a plus
