- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Providing accurate information about products and orders.
- Assisting in resolving issues and customer service with a positive attitude.
- Is fluent in German (B2 minimum)
- Speaks English (B2 minimum)
- Is positive, communicative, with attention to detail.
