Team Lead with German
We are expanding our sales operations team and are looking for an experienced Team Lead. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and motivating a team of professionals within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze daily KPIs, sales metrics, and individual performance reports.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with client goals and project objectives.
- Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
- Ensure high-quality service and a strong customer experience across all interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (operations, quality, training, HR) and the client’s team.
- Report regularly to management on results, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written).
- Excellent working level of English.
- Proven experience in team management within a BPO or contact center environment.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes, KPIs, and performance management techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
