Customer Success Specialist with French, German or Italian
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success through effective onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide quality assurance
- Drive implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers
- Deliver customer value
- Build and maintain a deep understanding to guide customers on best practices
- Track customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and user engagement goals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
What makes you a great fit:
- Fluency in French, German, or Italian, plus English (written and verbal)
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify growth or improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills
- Confidence interacting with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience working with queues, cases, or tickets in CRM systems
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to quickly earn customer trust
