Our client is one of the largest outsourcing companies. For some of their projects, they're looking for a:
Customer Service Specialist with French
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via phone and email and resolving queries;
Providing information regarding clients' products and services, exceeding department productivity standards and quality customer care standards;
Carrying out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
Understanding customers needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
Updating e-records promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
High school diploma or higher degree;
Previous experience in customer service would be beneficial.
Fleuncy in French;
Good English skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multitask with capacity to prioritize urgent matters;
Ability to work night shifts.
