For our partner – an international company in the field of business process outsourcing (BPO), customer support and VIP account management – we are looking for motivated professionals to join their growing team as VIP Client Support Specialist with German and English.

What You’ll Do:

·       Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients;

·       Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, providing top-quality service and support;

·       Assess VIP client needs and recommend suitable solutions;

·       Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;

·       Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;

·       Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies;

·       Act as a trusted advisor, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
