Technical Support Consultant with German (no experience required)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive software and hardware support for computer and mobile devices;
- Assist company employees with the effective use and functionality of internal products and services;
- Monitor and maintain data traffic systems to ensure optimal performance and security;
- Remotely diagnose and resolve access and password-related issues.
