Working hours: Part-time or full-time (4h / 6h / 8h models available)
Language: German – minimum C1 level required

Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Provide support with inquiries, requests, and service-related issues
- Identify and implement upselling opportunities
- Maintain and update customer data in internal systems
- Build long-term customer relationships through clear and respectful communication
Your Profile:
-Excellent German skills (C1 level required)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Reliability and adherence to deadlines, even with changing priorities
-Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
