Our client, a new international company in the banking sector, is starting its operations in Bulgaria, and is establishing its team in Varna. To help them with that, we are looking for:
Quality Specialist with German
Main Responsibilities:
· Performs call/email monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
· Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at the team.
· Coaching and Feedback for teams.
· Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
· Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

Job requirements:
· Fluent German language both written and spoken– C1;
· Min. 2 years of experience in the industry on a similar quality role.
· Excellent interpersonal communication listening and analytical skills;
· Ability to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company;
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
